Western's Equal Opportunity Programs
The University develops and updates equal opportunity programs annually, in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations. [see Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act and Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Title 41, Subtitle B, Chapter 60, Parts 60-300 and 60-741)] CRTC provides leadership, including deans and vice presidents, with annual updates related to the University's equal opportunity programs, to ensure support for these programs within their respective units. Western's Equal Opportunity Programs are available for inspection by any employee or applicant for employment upon request, and during normal business hours. Requests should be made in advance by contacting Civil Rights & Title IX Compliance, crtc@wwu.edu or (360) 650-3307.
